In the rare circumstance you aren't totally satisfied with your Lake Elinor investment, I want to make it right. My policy lasts 7 business days from the shipping date. Unfortunately I can’t offer you a return or exchange if I don't hear from you within this 7 day period. I am a small one-woman operation (at this point), so I really appreciate your understanding.
For returns, email me at breanne at lake-elinor.com with the subject line RETURN: Order # (fill in the blank) and let me know why you need to make the return.
For exchanges, email me at breanne at ake-elinor.com with the subject line EXCHANGE: Order # (fill in the blank) and let me know why you need to make the exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, tags attached. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges of gift cards, all gift card sales final.
*Please note: I am currently not able to cover the cost of shipping on return or exchange orders.
Once I have received your request for a return or exchange, please send me your tracking information and ship your product via USPS to: Breanne Goldman / Lake Elinor, P.O. Box 9956, Denver, CO 80209 United States.
Once I receive and inspect your order, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return / exchange. If for any reason I am unable to return or exchange your item due to it being washed, worn, or has missing tags, I reserve the right to refuse the request and it will be sent back to you, with a 10% restocking fee. If your request for return is approved, your statement should reflect this change on your next billing cycle. If your request for exchange is approved, you'll be issued a gift card in the amount of your original purchase.
