I offer exchange credit for clothing items only. Home items are final sale.
In the rare circumstance you aren't totally satisfied with your clothing purchase, I want to make it right. My policy lasts 7 business days from the shipping date. Unfortunately I can’t offer you an exchange credit if I don't hear from you within this 7 day period.
For exchanges, contact me here with the subject line EXCHANGE: Order # (fill in the blank) and let me know why you need to make the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, tags attached. I am unable to accept returns or exchanges of gift cards, all gift card sales final.
*Please note: I am currently not able to cover the cost of shipping exchange orders.
Exchange Shipping
Once I have received your request for an exchange, I'll send an address where you can ship the item back.
Once I receive and inspect your order, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If for any reason I am unable to exchange your item due to it being washed, worn, or has missing tags, I reserve the right to refuse the request and it will be sent back to you, with a 10% restocking fee. If your request for return is approved, your statement should reflect this change on your next billing cycle. If your request for exchange is approved, you'll be issued a gift card in the amount of your original purchase.
