Exchanges
At this time, I only offer exchanges.
If a size does not fit right, I want to make it right. Send a message through https://lake-elinor.com/pages/contact with the subject line "EXCHANGE: Order # (fill in the blank).
Please note: I am currently not able to cover the cost of shipping on exchange orders.
Our policy lasts 10 business days from the shipping date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange if we don't hear from you within the 10 day period.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, tags attached.
We are unable to accept returns of gift cards.
Exchange Shipping
Once I have received your request for an exchange, please ship your product via USPS to: Lake Elinor LLC c/o Breanne Goldman: 6200 S Syracuse Way, Suite 260, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 United States.
Once I receive and inspect your order, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If for any reason we are unable to exchange your item due to it being washed, worn, or has missing tags, I reserve the right to refuse the exchange and it will be sent back to you, with a 10% restocking fee. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and you'll be issued a gift card in the amount of your original purchase.
