TO USE

Warm: Remove cover. Microwave pillow on high for 15 seconds. Flip, repeat if needed. Do not overheat, contents can burn. Replace cover and enjoy.

Cool: Remove cover. Freeze pillow for 1 hour. Replace cover and enjoy.

CONTENT + CARE

Remove cover. Hand or machine wash cold delicate cycle with similar colors, gentle detergent, no bleach or fabric softener, tumble dry low. Iron. Do not wash pillow.
